"God-Honored Marriage"

Scripture Reading:
Matthew 19:6  (HCSB) So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, man must not separate.”

Devotional Reading:

Jesus tells us that marriage is not just about the husband and wife relationship. A marriage is really a symbolic reminder of God's relationship with the people of faith. That is why Jesus adds a most important aspect of loving our mate, exclusive loyalty in the love relationship in marriage.  There are many aspects we could look at when learning how we should love our mates and the importance of understanding our mates. The importance of the husband's need for respect from his wife, and the wife's need for romantic love from her husband; the importance of listening, time, forgiveness, compassion, kindness, controlling our tongue and not saying those hurtful things that we're so prone to doing. You see, there are all kinds of things that we could talk about in loving our mate, but Jesus gave us the most basic explanation of what it means to love our spouse. Our spouse is to be our best friend. No mama or dad, sibling or friend - even a child - should be closer to you than your spouse! And not only that, we are to have a sense of commitment that really says in our heart and our actions, 'til death do us part.  Only a man and a woman can be joined together as one flesh...only people of faith, can the Lord bless.  God cannot sin and therefore, He cannot ordain or entertain a marriage between anything other than ONE (1) Man & ONE (1) Woman.  This is the relationship, the Lord said is very good.  Immorality like in Sodom and Gomorrah was meant with divine judgment.  If this is the path America is going down,then we had best prepare for Divine Judgment!  What's wrong with two people who love each other getting married...the Lord God, says only a Marriage Between One Man and One Woman is allowed.  So as a Christian "sold-out" to the Lord, I cannot condone, entertain or embrace and immoral alternative lifestyle.  President Barack Hussein Obama is wrong and I pray for his salvation for his fruit does not show him to be a Christian or a Muslim.
